What an incredible morning in Joburg!
On 21 September, we officially launched our first weekly Parkinson’s Support Group & Multidisciplinary Rehabilitation Workshop in Johannesburg 🌷

From inspiring talks by Dr Marcelle Smith and our partners at MH&P RehabMatters, to connecting with patients, caregivers, and friends – the energy in the room reminded us why community matters.

Workshops are already running in Cape Town and Durban, and now Joburg has joined the movement! 💪

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came through, shared their experiences, and listened graciously.

We are so excited to see two of our Parkinson’s ZA members, Naseema and Rajesh, represent South Africa in the World Parkinson’s Table Tennis Championships, later this year!

We are thankful to the ITTF Foundation for nominating us as a partner charity and for promoting table tennis to improve the overall wellness of People impacted by Parkinson’s Disease.
